for the price not what expected

I was disappointed in this hotel parking lots dirty and rooms need updating ,no breakfast. I know the price was in the lower area but I could have gotten a better hotel for that same price. Will not stay here again

The hotel were going through renovations, other than that it was nice. The continental breakfast was good. The staff wasn't rude, just not very friendly.
