The "Estero Beach Hotel & Resort" is an excellent facility to feel free & relaxed. This was our first family mini-vacation at this location; but it certainly won't be the last.

Fabulous resort away from the crowds and congestion of downtown Ensenada. The staff was very helpful with arrangements and information. Uber is available in the area, as are taxis. The restaurant was excellent - good food and attentive staff. It was especially nice to be on the water with great views. We will be back!

Children in the hot tubs. There are 2 perhaps allow children’s hot tub and adult hot tubs?? Despite signs stating no children in hot tubs. I love kids but please have a better system in place.

Very nice hotel

We enjoyed anytime we came over here, my wife get so excited when l say let's go to Ensenada and first thing she said "are we going to estero hotel" l say yea and say "yes , yes.

Estero Beach Hotel & Resort

Pros: The food was really good.
Cons: Rooms to be cleaned on a daily basis, our refund that was promised should be received, as well as follow up to the car break-in.
Location: The hotel is far from most things in Ensenada.
I booked this hotel for my family & was looking forward to a great weekend getaway. I should have checked, but the hotel is far from downtown Ensenada. Either you have to drive, take a taxi ($20 each way), or stay at the hotel which has one restaurant. We arrived pretty late the first night, so we just ate at the bar & had drinks. In the morning we went to book a fishing trip & when we arrived back our room was clean. This was the ONLY time our room was cleaned throughout our entire stay (3 nights). Also, after the second night we noticed that someone tried to break into our car. My brother and sister-in-law went to the front desk to advise the hotel staff & they were told the cameras would be reviewed & someone would come to our room the next morning at 8am to discuss. No one arrived & we went to the front desk to complain when we checked out. I told them about our room only being cleaned once, so the front desk staff contacted the cleaning crew and there was no excuse as to why our room wasn't cleaned. In addition, we told them that we never heard back from anyone regarding the car break-in. The manager's stated that they didn't understand why someone would try to break into our car, when there were a lot nicer cars around (BMWs). I thought that was pretty rude considering the most stolen cars are NOT high end. I was told we were going to receive a refund for one night & a follow up investigation about the car and 3 weeks later, neither have been received.

Beautiful and Relaxing Resort

This is a much larger resort than I was expecting. This place has very good security and I felt comfortable and safe for the whole trip. The pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful, as is the long path that winds along the shore. This was an all around great place to stay, I plan on coming here again.

5star resort right next to beach

Pros: Private beach
Cons: Shuttles to downtown maybe?
Location: La bufadora and jet skiing. There's a lot of things you can do in downtown such as horse riding, fish market or just hang out
It was more than expectation. The hotel was very clean and pool was great. Most of all, since it was private beach I relaxed so much without crowd or noise. It was a little apart from downtown, but it's no big deal if you have a car... Only 20 mins driving and no traffic at all.

Nice view to the beach

Pros: The food was good in the hotel
Cons: The shower and bathroom needs care. For example the water faucets need to be replaced to shut off. The carpet needs cleaning, looks clean but is not.
Location: Could use the pool.
The staff is good and friendly. The room was presentable on the surface, but the carpet was not clean ( if wearing white socks in the room, they will stained right away). The shower was ok till we had to use it. Because the water faucets were hard to shut off ( the handles would turn 360 degrees). I'm sorry, but I had seen better.
