It was our second time staying at this hotel and it was a nice stay each time. I wish there had been a hot tub but the pool and breakfast were the main reason we chose this hotel.

The first night we went to take a shower to go to dinner and water was shut off. The swimming pool was cold and very small, not the way it looked in pictures. The breakfast was horrible, coffee was very watered down, it was just frozen prepacked bread and bagels and they were not good as well. The second night we went to get towels for a shower and had to wait because there were none available, they were all being dryed. Front desk was rude and unprofessional, I would not recommend this place to anyone, for the money, there is better out there. Sorry I stayed there.

We are actively seeking to do better, and with some of our Covid restrictions lifting we are transitioning back to a normal hot breakfast. Check in was easy- location is great. Breakfast, drain issues in the bathroom, and the cleanliness was not good. If you aren’t going to clean my room, take trash, or have a real breakfast- why am I lying the same price as pre pandemic. It’s a joke

Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Our bathroom had not been cleaned toilet was dirty. I had sanitizer with me so I needed to use that. Tv remote did not work
