When i showed up the night employee would not allow me to check in. he said i needed a credit card, even though i had the deposit on hand in cash as well as the funds for the room. the employee was rude about it as well. i would not reccomend this property to anyone.

We cannot check in anyone without a major credit card. Our policy listed on the expedia website is as follows:
"Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for incidental charges." Please check all the policy and requirement to check in.

The property (outside) was ok. The air conditioner didn’t work. So, I went to the office to ask for a different room. The property manager walked back to the room and tried telling me that it would get cold eventually. I reminded him how long I had been there already, and the fact that I had it on since I got there. He finally relented in giving another room. The continental breakfast was a joke. Very disappointed!! I also asked about a shuttle to the airport and was told they didn’t know of anything. I asked how close we were to a store and of course the one they gave me was a few blocks away. Later walked to the other end of the property and found a store almost across the street. Very very disappointed with the stay. Will NOT go to this property again!! Will also warn people not to go there for their travels.

I liked that the room looked like it was recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable and it was near places we wanted to go.
