The room was filthy. Dirt on all the walls. Dirt in the corners. Feet dirty from walking on the ground. Stained towels. Also when I went to use the blow dryer is smoked and set the fire alarm off- then wouldn’t work. I’m lucky my hair didn’t catch on fire. I then called front desk to ask for another one and stated the situation. I was told there are no extras that can be accessed and house keeping won’t be in until 9am- my call took place at 4am when I was trying to get ready to get on the road to travel. Very terrible dirty experience and I want to follow up with Travelocity for a refund.

Our sheets were dirty and our bathroom had trash in the can and no liner. There was hair in the shower. We checked in later as we were coming from northern Oregon. We were too tired to even try to wait for fresh sheets. We slept in our clothes on top. There was literal trash in our sheets. The whole town is sold out and so was the hotel so there was no where else for us to go

There were a LOT of things that could have been better. From staff training to room conditions to signage and flow patters that made any sense in the parking lot. I will be staying well clear of this property in the future because it left suh a poor taste in my mouth.

Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from your neighbor's rooms. Water/pipe noise from adjoining rooms is very loud as are trucks or any other loud vehicles. Property is very dated and rooms are musty. Drawers in dressers won't even stay closed the building slopes so badly.
