The guy working the front desk was very nice but the location and condition were terrible! People were smoking outside our room, the room was dirty, we ran into the bed, literally, walking into the room, super loud all night, tv didn’t work, and there were lots of bugs… and the area is sketchy enough that you are never allowed into the lobby, it was locked both at check in and check out, you just have to stand outside. In addition to that there was no breakfast, pool, fitness…

Did not like the loud air/heat system which was not easy to work and sometimes did not respond to my button pushing. Bathtub drain stopper needs repair as is does not stop the water from flowing down the drain. I had to get up finally at 4AM after 4 hrs of listening to next door folks fighting and yelling and talk with the the night clerk who managed to squelch the decibel level for that I was thankful. I have bad knees and had to climb stairs as there were no ground floor units...that included lugging up luggage. Had to pay a $20 NONREFUNDABLE fee for my very well trained mini sheltie...there was never a mention of that in their advertising.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

However, at our property, we strictly follow a daily housekeeping routine where all rooms are cleaned, inspected, and supervised before being made available for booking. The same goes for all common areas. Each day our system is simultaneously updated to reflect which rooms are ready for occupancy, currently occupied, or needs cleaning. This is being confirmed by our front desk manager as well. We do not leave anything to chance especially at this time of a health crisis. Both the safety of our guests and staff is of utmost significance. Lastly, as much as we would like to further rectify your review, the information provided is very limited and we cannot cross-check it against the details of your booking in order to verify the accuracy.
