Thank you for your review, your feedback, and your comments regarding your stay. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

However, at our property, we strictly follow a daily housekeeping routine where all rooms are cleaned, inspected, and supervised before being made available for booking. The same goes for all common areas. Each day our system is simultaneously updated to reflect which rooms are ready for occupancy, currently occupied, or needs cleaning. This is being confirmed by our front desk manager as well. We do not leave anything to chance especially at this time of a health crisis. Both the safety of our guests and staff is of utmost significance.
