Great shelter on a very cold and snowy night.

Pros: The stairwell was nicely decorated and well maintained. The hotel was well maintained and pleasant. The staff was really great.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Very accessible to I-80 and eating places.
We were late in arriving in Evanston due to snow and fog at different times during our travels. The Front Desk mgr, Stephanie was just terrific. She helped us get to our room promptly and gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. The breakfast provided by Jessica was excellent. We had not stayed in Evanston before, but this property could bring us back.

The staff were very nice and welcomed me as soon as I walked in door

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The only problem was my child found chewing tabacco under the chair and the shower certain has grease prints on the top other then that it was great thank you

Nice new hotel but...

Great new hotel howver staff is not very friendly or helpful. Asked for extra blankets twice and never received. Some breakfast items looked tired. Will stay at the Express across the road.
