We got to our room amd the windows were all open (40 outside). The heater took forever to heat up. Check out was 11 am. At 10:30 we get two phone calls and no one answered then they came to the room. She was rude and told me she call 2 times and i didn't answer, but i did. I slso let her know check says 11 not 10:30.

I booked a room for one evening. Called the hotel to let them know I was unable to make it because i ended up having to work. They had me call Expedia to cancel the room. Never got an answer from them. Now im out the money paid for the room.

The place is way outdated. They do not clean the hot tubs. Soon as you turn on the jets the water gets very murky. I had to refill the tub 3 times before it stoped. There are homless people living all around the outside of the property. I would not book this place with kids, it is not safe. This is not a family friendly property. If you want a good nights sleep do not get a room on west side of the building. It is right next to the freeway.
