Hotel rooms are extremely OUTDATED! It was 100 degrees outside and it felt like there was no AC in the hallways. AC didn’t work in the room, so I had to request another run!

This hotel had Roaches in the kitchen area. The staff told me because I had prepaid my nights that there was nothin they could do for me.

Customer service wins

The young man at the counter was very polite, courteous and helpful. He tended to all of our request in a timely manner and was very well spoken. Our room wasn't the best and there was an extreme amount of mold in the bathroom. However, the customer service I received from the front desk clerk made it worth it.
