Staff was friendly and hospitable but not enough to give adequate service. Needed towels and was told they ran out and someone will be in in an hour to deliver to room. Took them a few days to pick up trash bags that guest put outside their doors including ours. Free Breakfast was good and convenient. The room setup was nice but it was dirty. Didn’t want to go barefoot on that stained carpet. Asked for sheets to throw over the couch n arm chair b/c it was stained and dirty looking. Need to change n update their furniture Liked the heated indoor pool so we can swim even when it’s cold but bring your own beach towel b/c their pool towels were like rags. The gym was nice too but I don’t know why the treadmills were not in service. Close to market n stores. Especially since room had a small kitchen. They need to keep the friendly and polite staff. After we checked out we realized we left medication in the fridge. Called hotel to let them know we were on our way back n when we walked thru the door the clerk already had key ready for us to get in the room so we can quickly be on our way.

Very comfortable, not a big fan of the pocket door lock, we kept getting stuck in the bathroom. Other than that very comforable, and clean

Close to Napa Wineries

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate with eggs, bacon, bread items, oatmeal, cereal, etc. Good enough to get you going in the mornings. The location was perfect, being close enough for a limo company to pick us up to take us to some Napa wineries, yet far enough away from Napa without having the expensive price tag attached to a hotel. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely return next time!
