There is a barn with 4 stalls, a wash bay with hot and cold water, and an airconditioned tack room. Pastures have Pensacola Bahia grass. You will have access to a 38,000-gallon saltwater pool, a cabana with a full bathroom, an outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit. The outdoor kitchen has a gas grill, a sink, a small fridge, and utensils. Prime location! 30 min to the beach, 21 min to Fairhope, 15 min to OWA amusement park and Tanger Outlets. The property has a ton of beautiful oaks, pines, maples, and myrtles.
