    You have to take a side road to get on the property, room was clean, I saw a iron holder mounted on wall with no iron or ironing board, awakened by neighbors next door talking loudly, and worst of all "ROACHES' in the bathroom, I will never come here again.

      15-20min to Washington DC by a car. Clean. Near to self service laundry. Shower was just a little broken but still has warm water.
