You look at the place in the add photo,then you get there and you say where is this wonderful place in photo. Only excellent thing is its across street from Fargodome. Thats the only excellent thing about this place

sorry to hear your stay was not up to par, the hotel was remodeled in 2018 with new carpet in hallways, large breakfast area, new furniture in all rooms, new beds, ect.

Location from Fargodome was very convenient. The lady that checked us in was extremely rude. She was upset because we got a good deal on her room and she didnt get a chance to up the prices for the concert day.

Thank you for your comments. My sincere apologies. It was a busy day but I should have refrained from sharing my emotions about my mistake and your good fortune to get a deal on the room. I hope your stay was otherwise enjoyable. We do our best to add extra touches for FargoDome concerts such as free bottled water and for this event - p!nk cookies and other pink items. Again, my sincere apologies.

Hot tub was closed for repairs, we were told we could still use it, it would just be cold instead of hot. Not that we would want a cold tub! When looking at it, the water was a strange color, and didn’t look like it has been chemically maintained, so I don’t think they should be suggesting that, as it’s probably got stagnant water and some bacteria growth going on. We weren’t sure if there was a work out room. when asked, staff told us to do laps on the stairs. Not funny.

Good day, Thank you for your comments. My apologies for your experience and my delay in responding. The hot tub heater was replaced and the tub scrubbed. The city checks our pools weekly to verify they are safe. It is good to go for a dip on those cold winter nights. It is true that we do not have a workout room, however, several guests have used the stairs as a stair-climber and the halls as a treadmill when it's cold outside, or laps in the pool. Humor can be difficult. I am sorry it was not taken well. Again, Thank you for giving us your comments - they will help with training and my sincere apologies.

Poor service. Would have been late.

Pros: Not much. We didn't actually stay there but paid for one night.
Location: Iffy location.
We arrived early to get shuttle ride to airport and checked in at the front desk. We were issued our parking pass then waited after parking our car. Everything seemed to be in order as we waited for the shuttle but the "manager" showed up and intervened saying "big problem" as our reservation didn't include park and fly at our rate paid of 50 something dollars. We had paid over $70 (non refundable through Travelocity) and we were getting worried about being late. After listening to her unintelligible gibberish for a while we decided we better get going so we drove our car to the airport and parked it there. We would have been late if our flight had not been delayed. Our reservation was for our return on Amtrak a few days later but we just got a taxi ride from the Amtrak station to the airport and skipped the motel altogether. Parking is so cheap at the Fargo airport that paying much extra for an unsecured park and fly spot in a gravel parking lot behind a motel in an iffy part of town is not sound judgement. We really do wish we had avoided this motel in the first place. Wasted money and time at this motel.

Clean & Quiet

Pros: close to where we needed to go. (VA Clinic)
Cons: ck the bathroom fans.. !
Location: location was good, and there was a subway close by..
Room was clean, bed comfortable, only had a problem with the bathroom fan making a lot of noise. Had a great breakfast !

hard to find, had a good stay

small pool but good for younger kids. no diving board, no water slide. room was adequate, clean. it is was hard to find as the hotel was off of a side street. very good breakfast provided in the morning. get there early. it gets quite busy.
