"I wish that it was closer to the the mall the hotel is the exit first before exit 153 in morgantown where all the good restraunts and better shopping mall is and you can go off the shopping mall and be downtown at the Ruby Memorial Hospital. It took me 30 plus minutes to get to Ruby Hospital, and there is no public transportation to get to down town. Unless you decided to use an uber or lyft. All the hotels near the hospital or downtown are expensive 120$ plus for a room, so it more convenient and more economical if it were closer to downtown. As far as my stay the staff were friendly though when i booked the room i requested a handycap shower because on the website it showed both a handycap rollin shower or a bathtub shower with a seat. When i got there i asked the clerk for the room with the shower and she said that non of the rooms at the hotel had a walkin or a rollin shower, even though it siad it had both options on the website i was kind of aggrivated because my husband had a broke hip at the time and it was very painfull getting in and out the bathtub, also i reserved the room online and when i checked out the clerck on shift that day charged my card an extra $71 though i prepaid for the room online and told me it was a deposit and i would get it back after they cleaned the room 2week later i called back and the clerk on the phone said that i was charged for another room behind the checkout clerck not paying attention, i did eventually get my money back."
