Quiet in the country
One regular size room with a huge walk in shower. Surrounded by dairy cows ,so pretty and quiet and peaceful. Less than a 10 minute drive to the center of round top.

Not as advertised! Poor communication!
We arrived with no one to meet us. You see the room but what you don’t see is it is basically a windowless room with concrete floors in a metal building. There is nothing charming about it. Hot water did not work in the shower at night and we lost power twice. We were promised a partial refund that never happened and I have followed up several times with no response from owner . DONT RECOMMEMD

Antique shoppers
Easy to find; right off the hwy and close to shopping at Warrenton. The room is clean and all you need for a place to clean up and sleep after shopping all day. Nice, quiet and restful sleeping accommodations. Excellent hostess. Very friendly. Thanks for a quick but great stay.

Beautiful view overlooking 40 peaceful acres

No walk way to barn and it just happened to be cold, wet, and muddy. Cute young pup on property but likes to jump up. No WiFi first day but just had to reset router to get it to work. Towels washed with Gain and my fam is allergic (not their fault). Nice and quite little suite out in the middle of nowhere. Not bad overall.

Great spot just outside of town
This is great spot just outside of Roundtop. It was extremely hot outside when we stayed there but the a/c worked great and kept us cool at night. I would definitely stay there again.
