My daughter and I were in the area for her college orientation. The first room we checked in to had a pair of shoes from the previous guest, there was mold all over the bathroom, and the beds were falling apart. The front desk quickly got us another room and upon entering the rooms ac was broken, there were fingernail/toenail clippings on top of the comforter of the made bed. The lamps didn't work, and there was mold every where. It took two hours to get a cancellation. We didn't actually get to a better hotel till almost ten pm. This was a final trip to take with my daughter before college, and it was ruined, because of this experience.

1. Their technology was not functioning: they were unable to use Apple Pay, and their computer was not functioning at check out, so they “were unable” to provide a check out receipt. 2. Heavy air deodorants in room and hallway BECAUSE room restrooms DO NOT have exhaust fans! They are simply trying to cover the restroom smells throughout their building. 3. The room restroom was below standard: broken tub/drain plug and gross, sticky substance on the floor.
