High Speed Internet is included.
This cozy, one story townhome is part of a triplex. It features a small living room and kitchen with eat in dining; step through a back door in the kitchen out to a spacious, but private patio area. For your grilling enjoyment, a grill is located on the patio! The kitchen includes full sized appliances and modern, front loading washer and dryer units. You will find two bedrooms, each with queen size beds and huge closets for your storage needs. The main bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and includes body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes and fresh linens. The master bathroom includes a shower and body wash, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover wipes and fresh linens.
Guests have complete and exclusive access to this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. There is a small, private patio area, and this property is Pet Friendly! The complex offers two designated parking spaces that are clearly marked, in the parking lot in front of the house.
This townhome’s location is all about efficiency! If you have business on Ft. Bragg, you can hop on the 295 bypass and reach three different access points in minutes! If you are here for pleasure, you can reach the downtown area in about 10 minutes. Within walking distance of the apartment are several great local spots to eat at. There’s also numerous stores, restaurants and businesses up and down Ramsey street so whatever you may need is in reach.
Fayetteville is not especially pedestrian friendly, and getting around by car is best. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are typically available.

In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Place all used towels in the black hamper bag or on the bathroom floor.
3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.
These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests will be checking themselves into the home with a code for a keypad on the front door. We are available as needed. Messages are answered around the clock by a team of dedicated Hosts. Contact information for your local Host is located inside of the home and provided with your Check In instructions. We're nearby if you need anything!
Check Ins later than 9pm must be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure a smooth check in. Failure to coordinate with the host for later than 9pm check in may mean that no staff is available to assist you in the event of a problem and may require check in the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late Check In.
