Nothing to like, not off the highway, dirty, extremely noisy, smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking, even water pressure was poor. Don’t waste your money!

Sketchy area, sketchy people hanging around. Illuminated road sign was hard to see/notice. Would not consider this a quality hotel.

“Pet Friendly” means only one, and only in some rooms. Lobby is full of printer paper listing various house rules. Demanded a refund as I wouldn’t be staying and found they double billed instead. Now I have to get two bills reversed and talk to the card issuer. Huge waste of time and totally soured me on Red Roof. V

I am sorry that Red Roof's policy on pets did not meet your requirements of staying here. Our hotel is a pet friendly hotel and we love pets. But our hotel will only allow one pet per room, there are other Red Roofs that allow more than one. As for the double charge if you give me the information i will be happy to see what happen and take care of that for you.

There were bugs in our room and it smelled like fish and smoke. The fitness center was a broken bike and a questionable treadmill. Cold cereal and muffins for breakfast. Good location as far as dining options.
