We were a family of 7, with two rooms. Overall the rooms were decent. The greeting staff was not so welcoming. Although we know the covid rules had to be enforced the amenities were very limited.

Nice property. Nice staff. A little far from the valley and pretty expensive.

I booked and paid for a cottage but in route I got a phone call from the hotel due to the large amount of snow the cottages are closed and I was given a standard room! I asked about the price difference and was offered a voucher for breakfast!!! The hotel was noisy due to the amount of people ( the reason I booked a cottage!) I was given a $50 credit at the hotel only good at the hotel! The price of a cottage compared to a standard room was a lot more then $50! Not real happy!
