"The hotel cancelled our confirmed booking reservation without any notification until we showed up to be told sorry we are overbooked and as a result “most of our third party bookings have been cancelled so we have no room for your family with several small children. Did not apologize or even offer to call other nearby hotels to check for room availability. Completely rude and unprofessional. Had to find a different hotel which cost more and was outside the area. Notified Travelocity so hopefully the hotel doesn’t charge me for a stay that never happened!!!"

"THE VIEW...💗 THE SHOWER...💗 THE BED...💗 IT WAS JUST NOISY ALL NIGHT,OUTSIDE,IN THE HALLWAY,AND YOU COULD HERE THE PEOPLE IN THE ROOM NEXT TO YOU..HAD A SUITE WITH NO FRIG OR MICROWAVE... NO SNACK OR SODA MACHINES ON SITE...I JUST THOUGHT IT SHOULD HAVE BE MORE ROOM AND MORE AMENITIES FOR $200 A NIGHT"

"We checked in for a 3 night stay and checked out after the first night. NOT like other Embassy suites. Room was filthy, the fountain in the lobby was green with algae, the shower didn't work and the breakfast was powdered eggs, no fruit. Unlike any other stay at Hilton. Their excuse was the pandemic kept them from renovating last March. Might have been 10 people staying there. They need to renovate now. Bad mark for Hilton!"
