The best part of our stay was the check in person. She went out of her way to be pleasant and welcoming. It went down from there. The evening attendent did not acknowledge me when I tried to tell her that the shower did not shut off. She made no attempt to correct the problem. Also the funniture was broken with stuffing coming out of the chair and laminate from the desk and night stand hanging off and falling pieces on the floor. The hallway had electrical cords across the floor with a rubbef mat on top. This made it difficult to navigate the luggage and walking cane. The blow dryer did not work. We called to inform the desk. After half an hour we walked to the lobby to find 3 staff members visiting and the excuse for no new dryer was "oh, I forgot".

This hotel is obviously in the middle of remodel. This is our second stay there and the rooms are clean and updated. The hallways are not very nice but once you get passed that it is all good. I will say this time our TV did not work well and our remote had tape to keep the batteries in. The hotel though was clean and the breakfast was good.

Staff very nice our room was clean the bed was comfy. It is an older hotel showing its age but still nice and worth the money
