Hotel room was unpainted in many areas, looked like a construction was being conducted, TV did not work and the WIFI only worked for less than half the time. The beds mattress was so bad that it was like sitting in a leather chair that swallowed you the chair at the desk was broken so it could not raise up to a adult level

Completely rude and unprofessional, we called and asked if we would be able to check in early when asked what time we would arrive we told them and when we show up at that time the rooms are not ready, we were told they would be in 10 min we waited a half hour before leaving because of it interfering with our plans, so we come back at 2 and we’re are given our rooms, one was in the middle of the complex and had damage all over the inside of the unit, the bathroom door was broken and was paper thin, the wall by the sink was damaged and the head board on the bed closest the bathroom was held on by a piece of OSB particle board that stuck a foot out the end and the head board was crooked, our second room the king room, had damage to the main door where it would shut and seal and had light comming from all around it. The air conditioner was missing every single panel and is a serious danger to paying customers especially if they have children, second there was no blankets only sheets. And no towels. Now back to management come 2 am management issues a card to someone else who was wanting to rent a room rented it to our room. They come trying to barge in to OUR ROOM AT 2 AM. And the manager says it’s not their fault and that it’s ours that THEY issued a key to some random person to come in OUR room where we are sleeping. I would not recommend this place or even think about staying here again

As I stated on the reply to google, you did NOT speak with a manager, I have been on duty since 8Am this morning, and these 2 reviews are the first and only time I have heard about the issues you experienced. I apologize that you were unhappy with your stay, we will address these issues with the staff and make sure it doesn't occur to another guest in the future. Thank you.

It was clean,house keeping were friendly and helpfull.they kept up with the ice storm prettg good.the tv and internet was good.the beds were good.nothing fancy but it was good.
