Overall Staff was courteous and kind. The rooftop view was breathtaking, but the waiter was not overly friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Enchantment

Pros: The history of this Old Beauty, service, friendly staff, food, location and room.
Cons: all was perfect
Location: perfect location - UFFIZI Gallery, Academia Gallery, Piazza Signoria and much much more.
The Grand Hotel Baglioni is one of the most fascinating places. The Old Beauty Baglioni made my trip to Florence a very special one. The service was exceptional. The restaurant on the roof, food served and the service made me feel happy. It was even great music played by Florence musicians. The terrace gave me a chance to see Florence in its beauty during the night while having dinner. The people at the front desk are exceptionally friendly. All my great trips were scheduled by them - thank you so much. The guide tour Giulio is a very talented linguist and exceptionally well prepared guide tour. I made a trip with this guide tour to San Gimignano. Siena, Monteriggoni and Chanti as well as to to five (Cinque) villages. It was fantastic - thank you Giulio !!! Florence is exceptional and I will be back. I highly recommend the hotel - Grand Hotel Baglioni. The location is perfect and the beauty of the hotel can not be overlooked.
