Italiana Hotel

Pros: Hotel was clean and comfortable.
Cons: They shouldn't attract customer by saying Free Breakfast because in reality is not like that.
Location: There is nothing to do near by. Hotel is far from the center of Florence. But, in the other hand I like the fact that is not a busy zone.
In general hotel was clean and comfortable. One point that I am disappointed was about the breakfast. When I booked the hotel is says very clear that breakfast were included but, when I got there they asked me for 12 Euros per day to have breakfast. I told them about breakfast to be included in my booking but, they said not. This was one point that made me to book this hotel. I knew hotel was far from the center zone in Florence but, the fact that breakfast was included I didn't mind to get a hotel far from the center. Other than that it was fine.
