One of the best concierge and customer service teams I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. From booking dinners to recommending activities even at short notice. Hotel, quality, room and breakfast were also excellent with no complaints.

This was my favorite hotel that my husband and I stayed at during our recent trip to Italy (that consisted of 4 different cities). The location was very walkable and accessible, but the room was still quiet for sleeping and relaxing. We had an awesome view of the Duomo from our room that we just couldn't get over. The room was very large and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made our stay even that much more special. We loved this property and can't wait to return to it!

A place to remember
Amazing stay. The hotel is literally the center of Florence, walking distance to the best spots for food and sight seeing. I’ll be back and sending as many people as I can their way. Great staff!

I would give 10 stars if I could
Everything about our stay was lovely! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The hotel itself is in a perfect location! Easily can walk to any attractions or the staff can call a taxi for you. The room was beaitiful and I enjoyed the large jacuzzi tub. After days of researching the many hotels of Florence, I am so happy with our choice of San Firenze Suites and spa! Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip!
