"No regular room service. Have to request if you want it. The Room I got had a few issues. 1. Sporadic hot water in the shower wouldn’t get consistent hot water. 2. Loud sounds coming from beneath like if we were over a mechanical room. Rattling pipes etc. 3. Pool area had debris. Did Bree‘s also inside of the pool and the hot tub area. Overall somewhat dissatisfied with the service in the location was expecting much more. I also asked one of the maids if they were going to clean our room or if she had been down that area and responded very rudely"
