Great value

Was a little concerned after seeing inconsistent reviews on this place, but it turned out to be a gem. It's under new ownership and many if not all of the problems mentioned in older reviews have been addressed. The rooms were clean and very nicely decorated with some beautiful antiques. Christine, the new innkeeper and owner is an amazing cook and breakfasts were beyond what I expected. She was also very helpful at suggesting activities for us to do furring our stay. The inn is close, if not walking distance, to everything. We would stay again!

Good Value-Joan was very friendly and accommodating.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
After seeing the only review for this B&B on the site and it was negative, I was a little concerned and found about 25 additional positive reviews before booking. Room was clean, breakfast was wonderful, main areas a little worn however for the price overall exceeded our expectations. Just a short block or two walk to North Coast Brewery, Mendo Bistro and many other restaurants. Just a block or two from the Skunk Train depot. Will stay there again.
