physically poor condition, no remote for tv, no closet, shower had over flowed at some point in time and the flooring in the bathroom bubbled and was a trip hazard. the electric was run in conduit throughout the room. rust spots on the baseboard heater. Overall the place was clean. The bed was comfortable. I did get a good night sleep once the traffic settled down. The ocean view was when you pull down the shade to make the room private there was an ocean photo on the back. I had downstairs room facing highway, so the only "real" ocean you could see was a small triangle maybe 20 miles off shore, upstairs may have had a better view. but I won't be going back to check. oh ya, they charged my card with a 50 dollar deposit, the charge is still pending, but for 240 bucks for one night, it was a massive disappointment.

I didn't like they're inability to give us room keys when their computer was not working properly, and I was constantly checking my Credit card for additional charges throughout my stay it took me 75 minutes to get into my room the people before me 3 hours and they were double up to triple charges
