The breakfast was very good. Plus had kind of a homey feel. The manager cooked supper for everyone on Wednesday night. I will stay there the next time I go to visit my daughter.

It wasnt anything spectacular. A place to sleep. If i was stay more that 6 hrs of sleeping i would have probably moved hotels

Working mans hotel

Pros: The room price.
Cons: Many things. Repair broken items. Employ a maintenance person to handle the majority of the repairs. Clean underneath furniture in the rooms.
Location: This hotel is in a great location. There is a water park and a go cart track less than 10 minutes away. Great food within 5 minutes.
We were disappointed with our stay at the Days Inn of Fort Dodge. A/C units were not functioning in various parts of the hotel (lobby and fitness area). Much of the fitness equipment was out of order. Laundry facilities were advertised, but were also not working. There wasn't a maintenance person on site so repairs had to wait for a repair service to be called and fix broken items. The hair dryer had been tampered with in our room. The safety screen on the back, which keeps hair from being sucked into the hairdryer, had been removed and allowed a large chunk of my wife's hair to become so entangled that we could barely get it out of the hair dryer, and then had to cut it off because it was so tangled and damaged.

A comfortable room at a very reasonable price.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: old tv's
This motel offered a comfortable room at a lower price than other motels. Recently renovated (spring 2012) and adding several suites for extended stay. They have a good breakfast bar (and free supper of sandwiches, hotdogs, nachos and drinks if your stay is on a Wednesday night). Location is near plenty of fast-food places and a few nicer restaurants, about 1/2 mile from shopping (WalMart, grocery store, and Target). Large parking area for trailers, etc. Staff was helpful and efficient. Only issue: TV was old CRT style and picture was poor.

Recently and beautifully redone ...great night stay.

We had stayed here before and what a change. new everything and hot breakfast and more things on it than before....nice variety and staff was great as usual...reccommend this as a great value and great family attitude..
