This is very nicely located just a block or so from the beach and close to many restaurants. The terrace was great to sit on during a rainstorm. We would definitely stay again.

I love how close and convenient everything was, walking distance from the beach. Management was friendly he spoke to everyone checked in with you from time to time and the cleanliness won me over. family friendly I truly enjoyed my stay and will be back. I highly recommend this property if your looking for an affordable relaxing stay.

Very cute little hotel with just a few units. Well kept outside area and a very clean room. Ours was the basic room with a king size bed, microwave and fridge. Small but comfortable bathroom with tub. Nice sitting area outdoors with a table and chairs for each unit. Great place to have coffee, but remember to take your own because they have a pot but no coffee. Location is excellent. You cross 2 streets and you are at a quiet area of the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea beach. Walk less than half a mile either on the beach or on the sidewalk and you are in the commercial area with all the restaurants and bars and the Anglin Fishing Pier. Nice place. Great stay.

i liked the privacy, the area local to everything, the patio you can sit and enjoy your coffee in the mornings and cook inside if you wished to. I was impressed with the email communication there was no need to go to the office I did meet the owners they were very cordial and attentive if you needed anything as well as the cleaning person. I didn't like the lack of parking but there was local meter parking and it would be nice if there was a small pool but I understood it was small and quaint unfortunately there wasn't area space to put a pool and the beach was two blocks away. I would definitely stay there again.
