The place was clean and spacious but the restaurants are the hotel were very slow and not appealing. At a gas hood place we waited 20 minutes for a breakfast and then walked out. One of the workers went outside to have a cigarette break while we waited another 10 minutes. They need more staff

Rooms are VERY musty/moldy. Had huge fans running in hallway. Front desk staff not interested in being helpful - was on cell phone and standing in corridor chatting.

First I arrived at the airport late d/b 12:05 actually 12:45am, I read in the site prior to reservations that the hotel had a shuttle service one of the thing that i needed as i knew my plane would not arrive until after midnight and i am a single elderly woman traveling alone bags.. Called the Hotel several times no answer, call the 800 number they also called several times got no answer, They said maybe the staff was helping another customer and couldn’t get to the phone. Finally now almost 2am i had to order a uber $40. When i got to the hotel the front desk guy was very rude. i asked why he didn’t answer he said the shuttle stopped at 12 and i would have known that if i would have read their website. i booked through Travelocity not Best western, and this was not on there. Even so there was not an excuse for being rude or why he wasn’t answering the phone. I would not suggest that anyone use this place. They didn’t answer and the 800 # had no information about contact information other than what was on the website. I felt very inconvenienced. Not the type of service i would recommend to someone.
