I called and a staff member told me that we would have a roll away upon arrival in our room. When we arrived we were told it was not possible to have a roll away in the room. Better training for"new" employees? The staff present when we arrived were apologetic and as accommodating as they could be, but it made for uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. The hotel was fully booked so getting a second room was not an option.

Under renovation, and they still booked it

We arrived to find the hotel was going through major renovations & additions. There was literally jack-hammering, drilling & banging going on till after 5 pm & started at 8-8:30 am. It was terrible beyond belief!! According to the front desk, Travelocity knew all this was going on at the time we booked. There were no quieter rooms to move to. Hotel told us to call Travelocity to change hotels, and we were on hold forever and finally gave up (which is I guess what they want you to do). There were hardly places to park because it was filled with construction equipment or cordoned off, so you had to walk quite a distance. There wasn't a discount or goodwill coupon for that room or future travel after paying a lot of money for an un-peaceful ,awful stay. We were extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend staying here until you send a drone in to check out the construction progress!!!

Very nice hotel. Wonderful breakfasts. For a holiday time, the staff was able to deal with the abundance of guests efficiently. We will use this hotel again.

I would stay here again.

Pros: Easy access to where we needed to be.
Cons: Free breakfast wasn't that good but other then that all was fine.
Location: Easy access to interstate, eating places close and shopping about 10 minutes.
We weren't on vacation. We had a quick stay for an event. The Hotel was comfortable, clean and good location for us. Had places to eat close and shopping not too far away.

Strict check-in time; Mandatory WiFi/Beach towel fee?

Got to the hotel at 10am, and was told to come back at 3pm, so I walk to the movie theater on Lincoln Road to kill time. Came back at 2:45 and was told to come back at 3pm. Went out to kill another 15 minutes and came back. Room was basically a one-bedroom apartment (way bigger than I expected or needed). Upon checking out, I was charged an extra $25 a day (plus tax) for WiFi and beach towels (even though I never used their WiFi or beach towels). Hotel location was great.
