On the boardwalk by the water and near many restaurants but the hotel rooms werent cleaned every day and towels were hard to acquire.

Very confusing check in, too expensive to park, smell on our floor was awful, wait for elevator since others were often broken down, very old bathroom, dirty, Windows were taped with electrical tape, didn't have enough towels or washcloths for our guests Worst thing of all... most nights we slept w bathroom light on because of the roaches... just awful, and not what I wanted on a vacation. Only plus was location... right on beach Will never stay there again, and will NEVER recommend to anyone.

Disgusting

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Dirty room roaches, Rude people. This is fraud and travelocity should be a shame to promote this hotel. My son has asthma and we could not get anybody to change the filty blankets and therefore I had to go at 3am to a local Walmart and buy some out of my pocket. I willl never use Travelocity or that disgusting hotel. I am considering filing a complaint with FTC.

Terrible Hotel

Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Tear it down.
Location: Location was good right on the ocean, but that's it.
Stayed there one night, arrived around 8:00, front desk couldn't check us in saying we had to go to a separate area. The door there was closed with a note on the front saying they'd be back soon. About 1/2 an hour later a young lady showed up. She had little interest in doing anything except checking us in. The hotel is very old and very dirty. The lighting throughout was dark and we didn't feel comfortable at all. The rooms were dirty to the point I would not use the shower. We didn't sleep for fear of bugs so we got up early and left. This not a 3 star hotel. It should be torn down.

Most horrible experience ever!

Hotel felt like it was part of a horror movie. After a fiasco to try to get a room with keys that worked. I was given a room with a gas leak and what looked to be cameras overlooking the bed. The lack of customer service with the hotel staff was just ridiculous. I’m still fighting with them to get my money back.

Avoid this place at all costs

This place is a complete DUMP, the hotel staff is rude, the showers pulsate hot and cold water, the internet constantly swings from 1 bar to 3 bars (it basically doesn't work) they don't offer housekeeping services until you check out...the woman actually said to me "you have maid service upon checkout" like how does that possible benefit me...AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Hotel is super ugly, creppy, horrible, really wrong services, hotel has not parking, you have to park in public garage or valet parking, you can't get food or anything into the pool area ,no cooler inside the pool either, no music in the pool. Rooms are super small, I'm sorry but fat people , can't go inside the bathroom, you barely can't walk inside the room.

I paid less and got less.

This company is sub leasing an older hotel. Poor customer service as it took over 45 minutes to check in. The room was clean but just a bit old. But once again I didn't pay a premium for the room.

We had a bad experience, by the time we arrived they had not received Travelocity payment, they wanted to make us to pay twice and we did not since we already paid Travelocity, so they came to our room with the security guy and wanted us to leave.. We obviously stayed since we have two kids and it was not fair... really dissapointing vacation. The next day they received the payment however it was not the idea.
