To start off, the lady checking me in was not pleasant. I booked my room about 30 mins before I arrived at the place and she said she didnt see anything that i had to wait and she couldnt do anything about it and was rude. Then another half hour later i go back and see if its there yet and she said she didnt get it once again so wanted me to leave and wait some more. As im walking out the other desk worker said my reservation was right there which it had been the whole time. When she finally started checking me in, it took so long and shes like literally throwing papers at me to sign. I was also surprised that you have to pay for parking and its not included in the room price. When we got to the room theres people all over the balcony being loud it was really late at this point already, going into the room it wasnt the cleanest and it smelled bad but was glad to not see any roaches. The shower kept turning boiling then turn ice cold out of no where. There was only satellite tv to watch and the wifi did not work. The only thing i can really say about this place that i enjoyed was the beach was about 100 steps away. Upon leaving I felt so bad for the lady that was infront of me because she had her car towed even though she had her receipt that she paid and it wasnt check out time yet, and the front desk receptionist was so outrageously rude and didnt want to help her. I will NOT stay here again

Dirtiest hotel i ever stayed in. No towels Dirty bathroom. Unfriendly stafff Stay away from this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Booked a superior room and had confirmed pool on the premises and a cross of the boardwalk and Id be at the beach. Upon arrival was given their cheapest studio room, yet still charged for the more expensive room was told by front desk "we open check in at 3 and its first come, first serve" so what is the point of reserving a specific room??? There is no cable. We were then told by front desk " we get basic but have to "play with the antenna" to get the picture. Roaches in room and had to walk 2 blocks to get to the pool and 3+ blocks to get to the beach. when we tried to cancel and get a refund within an hour of checking in was told no one authorized. Had to wait till 9 am the following morning. By this time it was midnight and chose to stay. Get to front desk the following morning and then are told general manager has no time to come in and only he can authorize. We checked out and contacted travelocity and Expedia who tried to negotiate and were told there was no refund. The hotel did nothing to try and better our bad experience and we were received with a "we got your money & thats all that matters" type of attitude.
