I did alot of research on the hotels available in the area. After reading some disappointing reviews about this property, I took a chance and booked it because of the location, and the price difference from the other ocean front properties. My husband and I had a great 3 night stay there. If you're lookingnfor a 5 star resort, this is not for you. However, if you want a clean, decent hotel room to stay in, get an ocean view room! The views and beach are stunning. Most of the days we walked down to Margaritaville and rented beach chairs there. We stayed on the beach all day and listened to their fun music! Tons of good food, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The pool at this hotel is okay...it suits the purpose, but we didnt even use the pool because we were on the beach. I would stay here again, for the price. Our bed was comfortable. Please know you do not get maid service daily. Which was perfectly fine with us. Ask the front desk for beach towels. The staff was nice and accommodating. We didnt have any trouble checking in.

Booked ocean front room and was given a tiny room in back of building overlooking a parking lot. They said they could see in the computer that we booked an ocean front room but they didn't have one. Never made it right and never got a refund. Very mismanaged no one seems to know what is going on and the constant excuse was it's a holiday weekend no managment The property was ok. It was very old and needed some care. They have the property gated to the beach which is great for safety but not safe because you couldn't get from the beach to the room you had to walk down a dark alley and around to front. Wrist bands served as keys and they didn't work half the time.

Great place to stay. Convenient to the pool. Inconvenient to the beach and of course right on the boardwalk awesome

Check in was miserable. Staff are anything but cordial No explanation of layout. Was supposed to be a condo was a hotel room setup. No towel service linens coffee trash removal. I get Covid but other hotels provide daily swap out and restock soaps trash bags water coffee packets etc
