The smoke smell was unbearable, the curtain were dirty and stained. Air conditioning vents were extremely dirty 😖😖😖😖😖

Parking lot remained under water 3 days. All guests were wading in ankle deep water to get to vehicles. Very hard to load and unload bags in standing water. No working ice machines. Had to get BOTH key CARDS reprogrammed three times because of being unable to gain entry (which meant wading through the ankle deep, nasty water 6 extra times to get to the office). And no they weren't close to phones, etc to get unprogrammed. Room was clean but worn down carpet, tub, paint. And yes we saw 3 different size roaches. Bathroom had ants.

Staff was friendly and court, however our room smelled like a bad case of stinky feet. The tub was not clean. We did not ask to be moved as it would’ve been a 2nd move. The 1st room was worse.

The room had little roaches everywhere. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on. People fighting all night.

This hotel has gone way downhill. I usually stay here every year with my family with no problems, however during my stay this year it was horrible. People constantly yelling and screaming all hours of the night. Cant take a walk outside at night without some random individuals trying to harass you. My hotel room was ok for the most part besides my shower being broken (which was fixed half through our trip) and my tv being screwed up. The staff was horrible and not friendly. Also pool was shut down with trash still in it which they did not advertise on the site. I will not be staying here again. WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
