Good morning Gary thank you for staying at the Riptide hotel I apologize for the inconvenience, but it has always been our policy to offer one spot per room. Being that it is the beach parking is limited and we have to make sure all our guest checking in are able to atleast park.

I was checked in at 3:15pm, room wasn’t ready at 1pm when we arrived and we went to eat, no one called and when we came back, they said she just finished cleaning. Definitely need some remodeling, everything is old and outdated. Black comforters? In Florida? Hmmm…. But otherwise everything was good, its clean, no smell, they come and clean your room, changed towels if you need. I guess you got what you paid.

It's a little bit of an older property didn't have a pool but we do that going in Tiki Bar stay busy all day has to walk over the boardwalk at the beach I would highly recommended

Liked the availability of the music; didn't really like the presence of a bar in the middle of the compound. Customers didn't accept that there were residents in the surrounding building who would prefer not to listen to loud, drunken conversations late into the night.

Didn't like the LOUD Drunk, outside on the balcony, that kept us up most of the night. When finally told to get into his room, his yelling and stomping continued. Since we were in the next room (10) we could hear everything going on. Not fun! Loved your food and your workers. All were friendly. No elevator was hard on us old folks!!
