OK because near family, but 1st room had not hot water and had to move to another room. 2nd room had issues with heating. Had to make several calls to front desk for assistance. May not book here next time I'm in town.

The check in was lacking. The young lady sat on her phone while I spoke with people in the lobby. When I approached the desk to check in I was not acknowledged and had to get her attention. Things were fine after that however.

The Staff is kind, caring, and helpful...My family and I had to be with a family member in Columbia Presbyterian and I came across this Hotel just out of no where as we were so far from home it was too much to drive back and forth. They couldn't of been nicer and more accommodating in our time of need.
