Staff was super friendly, Erin. Super understanding and really good with communication. When I arrived there was a cat in the window and a bunch of people smoking outside, and a couple broken down cars in the parking lot that made the property feel unsafe, uncomfortable. The room was clean but then when I went to lay down there was brown/yellowish stains on the sheets. GROSS!! I had to use my own blanket.

Thank you for your comments. We take suspected pest sightings very seriously and take swift action to be sure our property stays bug-free. Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. We are distressed that you got such a bad impression of our hotel we are sorry for disappointing you.

This location is DIRTY and NOT SAFE. The whole building--entry, halls, elevator, rooms-- smells like cigarette smoke, there are bugs in the rooms--one crawled onto my daughter's leg!, was only given two towels ( no washcloths or hand towels) which were dirty and had hair on them, the bed linens were dirty and had cigarette burns on them. The beds themselves looked like something from Army barracks--mattress on a metal stand. Room keys did not work for some guests--they had to wait a LONG time for someone to come to let them into their room, as there is not someone at the site overnight. The fire alarm went off at 6 am--only heard the alarm on the third and fourth floors when we evacuated. Most of the extended-stay guests did not bother to evacuate. I had to call Emergency Services. They came to check out the building. The fireman explained that they get frequent calls to that building. He explained that people are cooking in the rooms and it sets off the fire alarm, but the fact that the alarms are not connected to immediate Emergency Services is scary and not safe! Do not go anywhere near this location!!!!

We came in later and no one was there to check us in. We waited for someone to show up and when we finally made to our room It smelled like cigarettes. The front desk was rude so we left. I called the customer service line and was out on hold for another 1/2 hour and then disconnected.

The 1st hotel I stayed with ni hair shampo or hair drayer. $100.00 a night for l8w class 1 star motel.

A lot of people just hanging out in hallway and parking lot. Seems like some people where living there. Kids roller skating down the hall. Someone keep knocking at our door at 3 AM. FELT UNSAFE.
