I have stayed there in the past when it was owned and managed by other names. There has been much improvement to the property since it became a Red Roof branded property. The location is kind of sketchy but it is right on Garrison Avenue so there is plenty of traffic and lighting. Its a good budget option for that end of Fort Smith.

Staff was friendly and informative upon check in. We were hauling a trailer and there was plenty of room for parking at the side of the parking lot. The beds were brand new and comfortable and the room looked newly renovated. The only complaint that I have is the floral smell in the room. I must have been allergic to whatever it was because I sneezed non stop.

We had to wait over an hour for the front desk service to show up. Once he did, he spoke very little english and said that he was covering for his friend. He did not have my payment from travelocity and charged me twice. He did nothing to help. He said the manager would arrive in the morning for us to talk to and he did not. I will never be staying here again.

The place was nice. Room was good & clean. The mattress was hard. I like a softer mattress. There was no free breakfast. It was a ok place for the night.
