Arrived and unit was very hot, called, maintenance came, turn on air from roof. Went downstairs to restaurant to eat, really good dinner and drinks. Came back to unit door would not unlock, went to front desk was issued another key, went back to unit and door would not open. Went back to front desk sent maintenance. Young man came with crowbar could not open door called for assistance another young man arrived went into the next unit climb across to my balcony came in and unlocked the door. The battery was dead and they replaced. Concerned for the young man he could have fallen and would have maybe died as we were on the 3rd floor. I asked front desk to have management call and they never did. I believe they should have comped my meal since it was ruined with all the back and forth to front desk. by following a maintenance chart the battery would have not been dead. Also the air never worked I slept on the couch with the sliding door open, no use calling management again since they never called me when I requested the 1st time.
