Check in process was terrible. You could barely understand him and he was barely paying any attention to me as he was helping 3 other people at the same time. He didn't explain anything to me or give me any paperwork

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice, clean, and huge! The manager and her staff were very professional and friendly. I will be staying there the next time I'm on vacation!

Property was being renovated. The renovated section and room was nicely done. The bed however was very uncomfortable.

Thank you so much for this honest review. The story is in the details, and yours are concise but very "full". For your information, the new mattresses are in pre-order stage. They will be Serta's Kingley Collection. You absolutely must come back to try them out when they are installed. Please send your contact information, and I will personally notify you when first night will be with new mattresses!

The property was under construction and we were not made aware of it. It looked abandoned. The pools were shut down and there was no breakfast. I booked the hotel for the girls to swim. Not worth 110 a night for sure.
