Great Hotel for the price

I stayed here last year when it was the Avenir and they were remodeling. Had a good experience. Came back again this year.Great price, helpful staff. Rooms have been remodeled. Breakfast is now very good. Waffles, cereal, pastry, fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausage, gravy. My only complaint is #229 room's stale, musty? smell was overpowering when you entered the room. Maybe coming from the airconditioner? Very strong. Suitcase and clothes smelled like this when I got home. Also, paper work and clothes left out of suitcase felt very damp in the morning. I came in late after a 5 1/2 hr drive and left early in morning and back in evening around 9 pm. Didn't have time to ask if I could have a room change. Hope they find the problem and can fix it. Maybe it was only that room. Will probably stay here again next year.
