Great service, location, and price.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, refrigerator, microwave, great service
Cons: no elevator
Marriot was offering this room during the Ft. Worth Stock Show at a very reasonable price a month before the event, which I have attended for the last 23 years. Although I normally stay at a cheaper hotel, this was the same price, and just as close to the event. I enjoyed my stay immensely. They had mini-frig, microwave, free in-room internet, and a bistro in the hotel. The only negative was no elevator to the second floor, so you do have to carry your luggage up stairs. They offered to help me with it, though, so it was no problem. As long as you can climb stairs, this place is a great buy.

Great Location Nice Accomodations

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
I needed a place as a stop over on my way home from vacation. The room was great nice size and even had a patio. I felt safe and it was close to dining and night life. I would definitely stay again!

Quick trip to see TCU

Great for the price and a quick visit to TCU. Not a resort, just a quick, clean stop. I thought bed was comfortable.

Marriott South University

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The Marriott right by the Zoo was very nice and convenient. I worked from the lobby during the day, which is a nice lobby. I was able to go to the restroom and leave all of my belongings and the Marriott staff said they would watch for it. The rooms are typical Courtyard rooms. Nothing fancy, exactly what I expected. The location is great being close to the Zoo, TCU and downtown. Very satisfied.

So comfortable and friendly

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Excellent location and comfortable. The staff was friendly as well as competent. The bed linens were soft, and the pillows were unusually good. We also enjoyed the pool. We will be back.
