I canceled this trip, but had just had surgery and didn't follow up and didn't receive any follow up, Not they are charging me for one night stay when I didn't stay at the hotel!! Never going to use their services again!!!

Their shuttle service was not good. They never arrived to pick me up from the airport at 10 pm after calling them several times. I ended up taking an uber and checking in at Midnight.

Pros-This hotel was clean, the room was clean and looked to have been recently renovated. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have both mini fridge and microwave in the room. Check in was fast and efficient and my room was ready early which was nice. Cons- I had a downstairs room and didn’t get a decent night sleep at all because I could hear every step anyone took upstairs above me. It sounded like elephants were staying above me. I woke up several times from the sound. Tossed and turned all night. The coffee maker in the room was cheap and useless. Hotel location is on the opposite side of the freeway from any restaurants, shopping etc. I walked over at one point to get coffee and it was a scary walk under the underpass and in traffic. I should have researched the location better, that is on me, but it’s something I think others should have a heads up on. Continental breakfast was lackluster. All of the oranges were past their prime. All of the pastries were gone by 8am (it’s offered from 6-9am) the coffee was ok, no half and half or actual cream offered. My bagel tasted strange. Definitely the cheapest bagels, bread, jams etc you can get. No one at the front desk to be seen to ask about anything most of the time. Pricing was cheap so I didn’t expect much more than I got, but have also had better for less. Advice is stay on the 2nd floor and bring your own coffee. Also, I don’t know if the airport shuttle really exists here?

I feel HORRIBLE about my initial thoughts and honestly anyone else who has negative thoughts should feel the same. The check in was quick, the gentleman was nice enough and we got to our room fairly quickly. Ok, so, they're doing repairs and remodeling the rooms. There was not a light in the bathroom and where there was suppose to be a light there was a hole... but to counter that the shower was FANTASTIC WITH AMAZING PRESSURE. ALSO THE BATHROOM WAS SUPER CLEAN, CLEAN TUB, SINKS AND TOILET. The furniture was stained heavily and splattered with paint BUT the bed was comfortable to sleep in and the sheets were clean and the blankets felt new. We stayed two nights and felt comfortable at night, the ac got super cool, our choice, and sometimes you cant get a room cold enough with window units.anymore, I know ya'll know what I mean. In the morning, after the first night, we were leaving our room and a man immediately noticed us and was very courteous in asking if we needed anything at all, we did not but it was nice of him to offer bc he was in the middle of working on another room. Both mornings we did not eat breakfast so i am not sure about the breakfast but there was a large variety of tv channels. We checked out this morning and the woman at the front desk was super nice with a bright smile on her face; super sweet. I want ya'll to know the first night we went to at&t stadium and the next day six flags and we were 10-15 min away. I know this post is long but its genuine...

Nothing good that was unique. Noisy. Unfriendly. Old and rickety bed, luggage holder, handicapped seat about to break- no stoppers on legs, their transport van always parked in handicapped parking, 3 SMALL tables in breakfast NOOK , breakfast consisted of community o.j.,apple juice, and milk pitcher, 2cold cereals, yogurt, apples, oranges, bagels, white and wheat bread, frozen butter and frozen cream cheese, coffee ( no decaf ) and packets of salsa???( they couldn’t tell me what the salsa was for). Unfriendly service. I had to argue about the room I paid for and reserved almost a month in advance! Definitely not worth staying at again!!
