We are not sure what you are referring to regarding dingy carpet and rough elevators, could you possibly have us confused with the LaQuinta? This is the first time we've heard of aything like this from a guest. Breakfast is an extrac charge, yes, because we cook everything to order unlike the LaQuinta, where everything comes from a bag or you have to microwave the items. We apologize that our hotel was not suited for your lodging needs.
