It was very clean. However, the only place we ever stay is Hilton & for the price we expect great customer service - especially being a Hilton member. This was the absolute worst customer service & worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel in general. Long story short, they didn’t have our room even though I booked 5 weeks in advance of this trip, took 45 minutes for them to find us an empty room only for us to walk in on people sleeping at 4:20 am. The room was definitely not empty. Took them another 20 minutes to find a different room for us. I had already checked in through the app earlier in the day because I knew it was going to be a late night of us getting in & somehow their system “lost” my information. Very disappointed.

The elevators quit on the third day they were out of order for two days. The hot water heater quit on Sunday morning, and my wife took a cold shower. I called the desk because I added an additional day to stay into Monday and there’s no hot water I asked for a partial refund and I am waiting to find out the status of that. Very frustrated.

Was expecting more for the Hilton name. Bathroom was underwhelming and shower/tub made very distrubing noises while running. Elevator was very rough and carpet is outdated and dingy. Breakfast was an extra charge and there were faceplates for plugs broken and loose tiles. Very disappointing for a hotel with more to be expected. La Quinta is a better option with free breakfast and cheaper rates.

We are not sure what you are referring to regarding dingy carpet and rough elevators, could you possibly have us confused with the LaQuinta? This is the first time we've heard of aything like this from a guest. Breakfast is an extrac charge, yes, because we cook everything to order unlike the LaQuinta, where everything comes from a bag or you have to microwave the items. We apologize that our hotel was not suited for your lodging needs.

Nice hotel for a business stay

Nice hotel for a business stay. My only complaint would be that I couldn't get any local channels on the television, but that really isn't so important. There aren't a ton of restaurants in very close proximity, but they are within a couple of miles. Room was clean and quite comfortable.

Nice hotel close to the Fort Worth Stockyards

Pros: It had extra things in the room like a refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and microwave which we used. The room was neat and clean. It was perfect!!
Cons: The only thing we didn't like is that the bathroom door closed by itself.
Location: It was located near lots of restaurants and many shops! It was wonderful!!
Our experience was a good one. We enjoyed our hotel and all the amenities. We took advantage of their buffet breakfast. It was delicious. They brewed Starbucks coffee! What more could you ask for? We enjoyed the fruit flavored water and more coffee to go to our room. We were so excited to be staying in such a fine hotel for a reasonable amount of money. We will be coming back every year on our anniversary to celebrate it in Fort Worth, Texas. And, we will be staying at this hotel. Great review!

We loved staying at this hotel. Very convenient to downtown at a reasonable price.

Pros: Free Internet
The room was very clean. The noise level was more than I had hoped for, but not unbearable. There is a restaurant in the lobby that we didn't take advantage of which we saw several using. We wanted to book a room for February of next year but it was already sold out 6 months in advance due to a major event at the convention center. We've stayed at 2 other hotels nearby and this was the pick of choice!
