It's hard to review a place you didn't stay at. Between them and being hung up on multiple times by the third party agency that I booked my trip through, I was unable to change my visitation dates due to my event being cancelled due to weather. Needless to say, I won't attempt to stay here again, or use the third party booking agency that I used.

Wanted to check in early at 11am and room was available, however only with additional payment of $30. Regular check in was at 2 pm. No excuse for an extra charge if room is available and it does not involve additional cost/work by the hotel staff. I have never been charged an addition cost for an early check in.
