The place is rather ghetto. My pillows had faint smells of cigarettes. Residents smoking weed in their rooms. Hallways had trash and the carpet was rather tattered. I felt like I was cat fished by the pictures and reviews.

I was very disappointed that I was assigned a smoking room when I requested a nonsmoking room. I even showed my reservation documents which showed nonsmoking. The response from property was that they did not have any other rooms. I was stuck at 11pm with this room. Very disappointed.

Family Get Together

Pros: The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Cons: Travelocity had listed breakfast as part of the deal but there is no breakfast available. Also need to be mindful of smoking and non smoking rooms.
Location: It's on a main drag with access to a lot of things to do. Downtown Ft. Worth is quite close and Dallas isn't that far. Road construction is a PITA...
Just spent the Labor Day holiday weekend with family and booked this hotel.

OK after a rough start

Had I not bought non-refundable reservations, I would have moved on. The first room we got was very cold. The thermostat definitely wasn't working.  This was confirmed by the front desk person (very pleasant and helpful, btw).  So she brought up card keys for another room. This room was very hot, thermostat wasn't working, and there was a roach (or beetle) dead on the base of the floor lamp. That in addition to tissue paper next to the lamp.  The front desk person left and came back with keys to 3 other rooms. We checked them all - one smelled like smoke, one was ok, and one was fine. We chose the latter.  So, other than the fact that the air conditioner was extremely loud (couldn't hear the TV, and we turned it off to sleep), and the refrigerator was loud too, the room was fine. Clean, and comfortable.   Let's just say this hotel is not on our list of places we are likely to return to in the future.

Patty at the front desk calls the customers by name and makes you feel more than at home while staying.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was quiet and clean. I would recommend staying there for the money you pay. You don't get free breakfast but they have an area where you can get food from a little shop in the hotel. It was not a bad location, close to a few restaurants and close to the highway for easy driving access to other places. Strongly recommend this place to any one looking to stay long term or short term in a clean, inexpensive hotel. By the way I am not an employee!!! I was going for a job interview with a railroad company.

What a find in Ft. Worth!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, free laundry services, 24-hour honor snack bar, full kitchen
After coming down for horse shows at Will Rogers Coliseum year after year, what a great find in this hotel! Not only is it affordable, but it is clean, lovely, safe, all the amenities you need - including free laundry, 24-hour open snack cupboard, and free wireless in your room. Service is excellent and it takes less than 20 minutes to get to the Will Rogers Coliseum and only 10 minutes to get to the Stockyards! Love this place - coming back next year!
