I’ve stayed here before but this time was bad. It was overpriced and we had ants in our bathroom! I couldn’t even take a shower! I told the lady at the desk and she said she’d make a note of it-that was all. Won’t stay again!

Best Westerns are solid choice for low-dollar business or work trips. Pretty bare bones, but good staff and clean rooms. Don't expect a fridge or a microwave. My only negative comment was the air conditioning unit was leaking condensate all over the floor, and by the second day the room had a musty stank. I could have asked for a different room, but then again the staff could have maintained the equipment better. Overall it was a low-cost stay, and other than the air conditioner, I give it fair marks.

Thank you for your review. Here at the Red Roof we offer different room options: Standard rooms come with free wi-fi, cable, and a coffee maker. Deluxe Doubles, Superior King, and Premium rooms come with a micro-fridge unit, iron/ironing board, and hairdryer. We would have gladly switched your room for you due to the a/c issue and will have maintenance take a look at the unit. Thank you.

Room was nice, but AC would not stay on. Management was kind about it but didn’t know how to fix and didn't send anyone. Did offer different room, but we were already unpacked. Overall not a bad place

The rate was good. The rooms were clean. No elevator and parking was very full

This hotel was scary, drug addicts and what looked like residents I did not even go into the room. I went right back and got a refund no questions asked. The front desk girl was very kind.
