Room was clean and spacious. View was of the police station attached to the train station, however there was no noise from either. We paid extra to have breakfast each morning and it was worth it!

Wonderful location and helpful staff

Pros: Location, staff, 24 hour bar, breakfast. Breakfast included a hot bar as well as the usual breads, fruit, lunch meats. Salty snacks provided at bar.
Location: Location right next to the train station was wonderful.
This hotel is in a wonderful location directly across from the train station. The check-in went very smooth and staff was wonderful the entire time. The room was nice, clean, and beds were very comfortable. We were also offered to leave luggage while we took a side trip to Paris.

A Lovely Stay!

Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Courteous hotel front desk staff.
Cons: We have no complaints!
Location: Convenient to train station and within walking distance of river walking, shopping, etc.
My husband and I selected this hotel for a short stay in Frankfurt -- mostly due to location to train station (walking distance & convenient). We were delighted with our choice. The staff was extremely courteous to us (as international travelers). They provided excellent directions to tour the city and use the transit system back to the airport (instead of more expensive taxi option). The staff also helped us with print documents we needed for travel (boarding passes, etc). The hotel lobby, breakfast area and our room were all impeccably clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and full of variety. We recommend a room like ours was (behind the closed doors of the elevator area) -- it was more quiet. If our travels should take us back to Frankfurt, we will definitely consider staying in the Hotel Hamburger Hof without hesitation. A delightful stay. Thank you!
